Second Cuba Trip Departure Date is August 16th

Recently, Commerce Lexington Inc. announced a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to travel to Cuba. The response to this trip has been overwhelming, and our departure date of August 23 has sold out. Due to the popularity of this opportunity, Commerce Lexington Inc. and Chamber Explorations have announced a second departure date of August 16th to accommodate the growing numbers that still want to DISCOVER CUBA.

This 9-day, 8-night adventure departs Miami on August 16, 2012. Old Havana, Sugar Mill Valley, Partagas Cigar Factory, Finca La Vigia (Hemingway's home), Bay of Pigs Museum, Cuban Literacy Museum, and Cuban School/Day Care are just a sample of the trip itinerary. Although it is illegal for U.S. citizens to travel to Cuba, Chamber Explorations, a leading travel provider for chambers of commerce and affinity groups across North America, is now able to provide legal people‐to‐people travel to Cuba, sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to send Americans to Cuba.

The cost to participate in the DISCOVER CUBA trip is $3,499 per person (double) or $600 additional for a single supplement. Those interested will have to act fast, as the seating for the second departure date is just as limited and will go fast.

This unique opportunity is brought to us by Chamber Explorations, a tour operator that specializes in travel opportunities for chamber members and their local community. Their Chamber Only Tours are designed to create a great travel experience with a networking opportunity that is unlike any other. Chamber Explorations has been issued a specific license by The Department of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), which authorizes registered guests of their programs to visit Cuba legally. Prior to departure, you will receive a copy of our Specific License and a Letter of Authorization which legalizes your travel to Cuba.
