IMMEDIATE NEED:
Help Desk Specialist
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT environment, college or equivalent experience.
Responsible for handling all help desk tickets in a timely manner. Resolve issues with computer software and hardware problems, as well as mobile device support. Provide audio/visual support. Position includes rotation of on call duties, as well as some travel. Knowledge, skills and abilities required: legal environment preferred, problem-solving skills, application architecture knowledge, strong technical aptitude of Microsoft Office Suites, understanding of Microsoft Active Director and Group Policies, understanding of hardware and software configurations.
Technical Support Specialist
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT environment, college or equivalent experience.
Provide technical support and service with a high degree of technical expertise. Build and test automated software distribution packages and scripts; assess, test and implement software; Resolve issues with computer software and hardware problems, as well as mobile device support. Provide Audio Visual support, to include LCD screens, video teleconferencing, polycoms, projectors and microphones. Study existing products, new products and technologies to advance level of knowledge. Position includes rotation of on call duties, as well as some travel. Knowledge, skills and abilities required: legal environment preferred, problem-solving skills, application architecture knowledge, strong technical aptitude of Microsoft Office Suites, understanding of Microsoft Active Director and Group Policies, understanding of hardware and software configurations. Practical understanding of database concepts (Microsoft SQL and Access) and Experience with Microsoft SCCM.
LONG-TERM NEED:
Applications Analyst
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science) with 2 – 5 years’ experience
Responsible for firm wide application research, evaluation, implementation, quality assurance, support and maintenance of IT developed and off-the-shelf software products in order to maximize their use by Firm personnel. Responsible for the integration and on-going operation of desktop and server software focusing on stability, functionality and performance. Responsible for workstation configuration, software and image version control, software deployment, updates and interoperability of applications including development and deployment of installation packages for installations and upgrades. Provides highest level of troubleshooting of end-user application issues and has overall responsibility for the performance of business critical applications.
Applications Developer
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science) with 3 – 5 years’ experience
Develops, maintains and supports applications to meet the needs of the Firm. Develops custom web, console, and other software applications. Configures, maintains, performs upgrades, and helps trouble shoot issues with software. Is the primary contact for internally developed applications.
Business Systems Analyst
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science) with 3 – 5 years’ experience
Creates and maintains the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery in an incremental, iterative fast-paced Agile development/IT environment. Responsible for delivering business requirements and related business rules based on business group needs. Works closely with the business partner and business subject matter expert(s) in the definition, training, testing, implementation, and support of functional requirements. Identifies requirements via standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and/or existing system documentation or procedures.
Help Desk Specialist
Associate’s Degree (Computer Science) with 2 – 3 years’ experience
Assumes responsibility for the shared maintenance, support and operation of the Firm’s IT Help Desk function for users. Provides consistently high quality first-line customer support in a timely manner to meet users’ needs. Maintains and expands strong knowledge of current firm-supported applications and technologies.
Network Engineer
Associate’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience
Works with Network Team on the operation of the network and infrastructure for the Firm’s offices. Serves as a member of the firm-wide network team responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and support of data/voice network and server hardware and software, communication hardware including routers and switches to ensure systems are operational at all times. Monitors office systems to maximize operations.
Tech Ed Specialist
Associate’s Degree with 3-4 years’ experience
Assists with the development of technology-based training programs and develops, schedules and conducts in-house technical training classes for attorneys and staff members. Support users of technology-related applications by developing training materials including: documentation, training outlines, synchronous training programs as well as developing on-line computer based training products. Works closely with IT Department members to research, evaluate, test and implement new software products.
