Volunteer of the Year Award
Commerce Lexington’s Volunteer of the Year Award is presented to the person or organization that best demonstrates the volunteer spirit in both their participation and the effectiveness and outcome of their effort.
AWARD WINNER: Jordan Parker, Traditional Bank
Sponsored by Commonwealth Credit Union

Jordan embodies the spirit of volunteerism that drives Commerce Lexington forward. As Director of Business Development at Traditional Bank, Jordan has cultivated meaningful relationships within the community since joining the bank in 2004. A graduate of our Leadership Lexington and Leadership Central Kentucky programs, Jordan has been a steadfast advocate for leadership development, serving on the Leadership Lexington Steering Committee since 2018 and chairing it for the second year during a critical leadership transition. His commitment extends beyond Commerce Lexington, with board roles in organizations such as the International Book Project, Kentucky Humanities Council, and the Lexington Public Library Foundation. Jordan’s dedication exemplifies the impact one person can have when they lead with purpose and passion.

AWARD WINNER: Lexington’s Transformational Housing Affordability Partnership
Sponsored by Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC

This year’s Community Impact Award celebrates a groundbreaking collaboration addressing one of Lexington’s most pressing challenges—affordable housing. In late 2023, the business community, alongside banking, housing, and local government leaders, launched the Transformational Housing Affordability Partnership. This initiative created a $3 million revolving capital loan fund, reducing barriers for affordable housing developers by purchasing land and holding it interest-free. The partnership exemplifies the power of public-private collaboration, involving Central Bank & Trust, Traditional Bank, Community Trust Bank, Republic Bank, Stock Yards Bank, Urban League of Lexington, AU Associates, Winterwood, Lexington Habitat for Humanity, and Lexington Housing Authority. Together, they are shaping a brighter future for Lexington by addressing housing challenges with innovative, collective solutions.
The award recipients include:
Central Bank  (Luther Deaton)
Traditional Bank (Dan Mason)
Community Trust Bank (Billie Dollins)
Republic Bank (Todd Zeigler)
Stockyards (Louis Prichard)
Urban League of Lexington (PG Peeples)
AU Associates (Johan Graham)
Winterwood (Zach Worsham)
Lexington Habitat for Humanity (Darryl Neher)
Lexington Housing Authority (Austin Simms)
