Commerce Lexington’s Liz Bennett Marks 20 Years of Excellence

​Commerce Lexington Inc. is proud to recognize Liz Bennett for her 20 years of service to the organization and our community. As our long-time Events & Communications Specialist, Liz provides a great deal of support to many departments within Commerce Lexington. She is also responsible for planning our Business Link networking events, developing topics for the @330 educational series, and running our peer programming options, such as the Business Owners Advisory Boards and the Nonprofit Peer Groups.  Liz serves on the organization’s Culture Committee, which ensures that Commerce Lexington meets the professional and personal development needs of Commerce Lexington staff members.

Liz is also a 2009 graduate of Commerce Lexington’s Leadership Lexington program. She is an active member of Centenary Church, serving on the finance committee and volunteering her time with Lil’ Lambs Closet, a children’s consignment sale that contributes to local and global children’s causes and ministries.  She lives in Lexington with her husband, Jeff, and daughter, Zoe.
