Three-Year Elected Board of Director Nominees Announced for 2025

​The Nominating Committee of the Commerce Lexington Board of Directors reported the following information to the members of its Executive Board on October 28, 2024. In accordance with Commerce Lexington's bylaws, the following individuals have been put forward by the Nominating Committee for election to the 2025 Commerce Lexington Board of Directors in new three-year term positions and will be voted for approval during the next meeting of the Executive Board. The remainder of the Board of Directors will be announced in January, including one-year term and ex-officio members.
