When a crisis occurs, the most successful companies, business owners and entrepreneurs are the ones able to face a challenge head-on by adapting to the changing environment. Commerce Lexington Inc.’s recent SPOTLIGHT Series presented by WealthSouth featured a panel of company CEO's discussing innovation while dealing with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Dynamic CEO’s Susan Elkington (Toyota), Sam Mitchell (Valvoline), and Lennie Rhoades (Big Ass Fans), and entrepreneur Toa Green (Crank and Boom Craft Ice Cream) talked about what’s worked and what hasn’t as they adjust to a new normal for businesses.
