On July 22–24, 2026, more than 50 regional business and community leaders will travel to the nation’s capital for the annual Washington, D.C. Fly-In presented by Columbia Gas of Kentucky.
The experience begins with an opening reception on Wednesday, July 22, followed by a full day of programming on Thursday, July 23. The Fly-In concludes with morning meetings on Friday, July 24. During the three-day, two-night visit, leaders from Greater LEX engage in advocacy, connection, and influence at the federal level. The Fly-In brings together regional decision-makers for face-to-face interactions with policy experts, Kentucky’s Congressional Delegation, and Administration officials to champion policies and investments that move our nine-county region forward. Participants serve as policy ambassadors—representing key industries, strengthening relationships, and helping shape a stronger business climate for Greater LEX. NEW THIS YEAR: Greater LEX leaders will collaborate with business and civic leaders from One Louisville for select meetings and engagements, amplifying our collective voice, strengthening statewide partnerships, and increasing our impact in Washington.
