Commerce Lexington Welcomes Lisa Deaton Greer as Director of Investor & Sponsorship Development.

​​​Commerce Lexington Inc. is pleased to welcome seasoned fundraiser Lisa Deaton Greer to the position of Director of Investor & Sponsorship Development. In this newly created role, she will be responsible for sales of event and program sponsorships, including renewals and new business, while developing strategic relationships for long-term success and opportunities for growth.

​Lisa has worked with UK HealthCare since 2007 and most recently served as Senior Director of Philanthropy.  As a member of the UK Healthcare senior philanthropy leadership team and liaison to the administration regarding philanthropy in the adult hospital and clinics, she led the development of the grateful patient program in 2020. During her tenure, she raised more than $15 million in philanthropic support for UK HealthCare.

Prior to her time with UK HealthCare, Lisa worked in several different sales and development roles over a span of six years at Host Communications. She holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and Management (2001) from the University of Kentucky’s College of Business and Economics and was certified as a Sports Marketing Professional (SMP) in 2008 from the UK Sports Marketing Academy. Lisa also graduated from Commerce Lexington’s Leadership Lexington program in 2016.
 
She will officially join the Commerce Lexington team on August 8, 2023.
